Man drowns at warrnambool beach
A MAN drowned as he tried to walk out of the ocean and surf in the surf zone on the West Coast of England.
The 30-year-old man drowned after swimming into a cove at the Worthing Beach on Wednesday.
Tough waves, high waves and swells were causing trouble for a young man who was paddling in a sandy area near the beach.
He said that he went into the water with a friend because he thought it might give him a break from the waves.

The man was taken to the Royal London Hospital but died on Thursday morning.
